Author guidelines :

Manuscript Preparation

Subject: All Branches of Commerce, Business & Management
Originality: Submissions should be original and not previously published elsewhere.
Format: Manuscripts should be in Microsoft Word format (.doc/.docx).
Length: Research papers should not exceed 2,500-7,000 words, including references.
Abstract: Include a structured abstract of 150-250 words, summarizing the article’s objectives, methodology, findings, and conclusions.
Keywords: Provide 5-10 keywords underneath the abstract.
Language: English & Hindi

Manuscript Structure

Title Page:
- Title of the manuscript
- Author(s) names and affiliations
- Corresponding author details (email, phone, and postal address)
Abstract:
- A concise summary (150-300 words) of the research, including its purpose, methods, results, and conclusions.
- Include 5-10 keywords.
Introduction:
- Provide background information, state the research problem, and outline the objectives.
Methods:
- Describe the research design, data collection, and analysis procedures in detail.
Results:
- Present findings clearly and logically, using tables and figures where necessary.
Discussion:
- Interpret the results, discuss their implications, and relate them to existing literature.
Conclusion:
- Summarize the main findings and suggest future research directions.
References:
- We Accept Open Format/citation style, But it is better if it is in the following form : APA, Harvard, etc.

Formatting and Style

Font: Use Times New Roman, 12-point font.
Spacing: Singal-space the manuscript.
Headings: Use hierarchical headings (e.g., Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion).
Tables and Figures:
- Clearly label and caption all tables and figures.
- Ensure they are referenced in the text.

Authorship and Originality

Originality: Ensure the content is entirely original, and if using others’ work, it must be suitably cited or quoted.
Authorship: Authors should meet the following criteria:
- Substantial contributions to the concept, methodology, data collection, analysis, or interpretation of the research.
- Drafting or revising the manuscript for significant intellectual content.
- Final approval of the submitted version.
Conflict of Interest: Disclose any conflicts of interest that may have biased the research or article.
